Last week we were very busy doing some engineering! We learned about 4 famous towers around the world including The Eiffel Tower, The Leaning Tower of Pisa, The Space Needle and The Tokyo Skytree. The Tokyo Skytree is the tallest tower in the whole world and stands at an amazing 634m tall! We looked at and discussed these towers, their shapes and their design. Then it was our turn! We used uncooked spaghetti and marshmallows to try to build the tallest towers we could. Our towers had to be able to stand up on their own. Our tallest spaghetti and marshmallow tower was 48cm tall!
